GROUNDED ESSENTIALS

Professional Lawn Presentation

Consistent. Precise. Professionally maintained.

Grounded Essentials is designed for homeowners who want their lawn professionally maintained and consistently presented without requiring our complete turf-management program.

Your lawn is maintained on a planned schedule throughout the year, with attention given to mowing height, edging, presentation and the overall condition of the turf.

What's Included

• Scheduled lawn mowing
• Precision edging
• Blowing and clean-up of hard surfaces
• Appropriate mowing height for the turf and season
• Presentation management
• Visual turf-health inspection at each visit
• Identification of emerging weed, pest, disease or irrigation issues
• Recommendations when additional turf care is required
• Reliable, scheduled servicing throughout the year

Who It's For

Essentials is suited to established lawns where the priority is professional mowing and presentation.

It is also ideal for clients who prefer to manage fertilising and turf treatments themselves but want the physical maintenance completed to a professional standard.

The Grounded Difference

We don't simply arrive, cut the grass and leave.

Every visit is an opportunity to assess how the lawn is performing. Changes in colour, growth, moisture, weeds, pests and turf condition are monitored so potential problems can be identified early.

Every Visit Has a Plan.

How It Works

Your property begins with a Grounded Turf Consultation.

We'll assess your lawn, discuss your expectations and determine the appropriate maintenance requirements for the property.

We'll then provide a tailored annual program and fixed ongoing investment.

Pricing is tailored to each property following consultation.
